6. Create a universal City Health Program Funded by Johns Hopkins and the University of Maryland.
7. BUy and Cancel All Medical Debt owed by Residents of Baltimore.
8. Divest Baltimore’s Resources from Destructive Foreign Corporation and Governments, such as the current IsrAEli Regime.
9. RECLAIM VACANT PROPERTIES AS CITY-OWNED AND REFURBISHED LOW RENT PUBLIC HOUSING.
